About Our Founder

Our founder, William (Bill) Bernardoni, fell in love with radio listening to Pat Hughes broadcast Chicago Cubs baseball on WGN Radio. He combined that love of radio with his love of politics and started his career in talk radio syndication producing for some of the biggest talk radio hosts in the country at Talk Radio Network, an experience he will never forget.

After some time on the West Coast, he and his wife moved back home to Illinois and a career in politics was officially underway. Over four election cycles, Bill worked as a campaign manager, communications director, ad buyer, and general consultant for campaigns at the local level to working as a co-state director of a presidential campaign.

After leaving politics behind in late 2015, Bill went into business for himself working with individuals, businesses, and organizations of all shapes and sizes to create, build, and distribute podcasts and radio shows. working with organizations like the Heritage Foundation, the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund, The Hill Newspaper Group, Crossover Media Group, Libsyn, Jack Osbourne, renowned Sport Psychologist Dr. Andrew Jacobs, along with dozens of local, regional, and syndicated radio hosts across the United States.

Wanting desperately to get back behind the microphone, Bill took his first regular job since his days at Talk Radio Network. Over the next handful of years, he worked as a morning show host, sports play-by-play voice, director of operations, and program director, in various small and medium sized markets across the Midwest, while continuing to work with his growing client base.

After things ended less than ideally at his last stop due to budget cuts, Bill had offers to almost immediately to go to a variety of different markets across the country, but he decided to put his sole focus back where it belonged with his clients, but he wanted to be able to become a better business owner and wanting to take the next step in his career, Bill decided to go back to school to get his MBA. which he completed in under a year at Olivet Nazarene University. He is now finishing a second master’s degree in marketing at Southern New Hampshire University. After finishing his MBA, he officially went back into business for himself and launched Bernardoni Media & Marketing. where he creates, produces, and distributes podcasts for clients of all shapes and sizes including acting as the executive producer for one of the largest conservative political podcasts in the country. Bill also manages ad buys for organizations of all types, books guests on radio/television shows and podcasts nationwide, and helps organizations with other marketing and public relations needs.
