Headphones and microphone set up for a podcast
How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need. We’ve worked within every kind of budget, from a single episode to a full season with radio distribution. A 20-minute call gets you a real quote, not a range.

How long does it take to launch a podcast?

About six weeks from our first call to your first episode, including the format, setup, and trailer. Shows with a lot of people signing off can take longer, and we’ll tell you up front.

Can you get my show on the radio?

Yes. We have connections with a range of syndication partners, and the experience to syndicate it ourselves. America at 250 went from about 50 stations at launch to 80+, on public and commercial radio.

Who decides which stations carry it?

The stations do. Our job is to make your show easy to say yes to: clean, on time, and the right length.

Where will my show be available?

Every major podcast platform and YouTube: Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon Music, and the rest. Radio when it fits.

Who owns the show?

You do: the name, the feed, and the episodes.

Do you do video?

Yes. Full video episodes for YouTube and short vertical clips for social. We’ve also helped an audio-only show move to video.

Do I need a studio?

No. Most guests record remotely, and we’ll help you set up a simple mic and camera. For live events, we come to you.

What’s an audio news release (ANR)?

A short, produced audio spot, much like a radio ad, that tells your story and goes out to radio stations. We make them in partnership with Liv Davick Publicity and Production Boutique.

Do you work with agencies and PR firms?

Yes. We produce podcasts and radio for agency clients, and audio news releases with our publicity partner.

Do you only work with universities?

No. Nonprofits, universities, policy and advocacy groups, agencies, brands, experts, and public figures.

How do you work with our communications team and approval process?

Your team sets the review steps, and we build them into the schedule. Topics, guests, and finished episodes go to whoever needs to see them, and nothing goes out until your team signs off. If a lot of people need to sign off, we plan the timeline around it up front.

Can students be involved?

Yes. We can involve students when it fits, and we’d scope it with your team.

Do you do voice tracking or fill-in hosting for stations?

Yes. Bill voice-tracks shifts and fills in as a host, delivered on your schedule.

Where are you based?

Ottawa, Illinois. We work with clients nationwide, and we’ve taped live events in Washington, D.C.
