Radio shows built to get carried
Radio syndication means getting one show carried by many radio stations at once, and it starts with the show itself. We help you build a better radio show: the format, the clock, the content, the sound, and the host. That’s what makes a show attractive to program directors and syndication partners. When it’s ready, we can take it to stations too.

What we build into your show
The product is what gets carried. We make yours clean, consistent, and easy for a station to say yes to.
1
Format & show development
What the show is, who it’s for, and why it’s worth an hour, or a half hour, or a two-minute feature. A segment plan that works every week.
2
A clock stations can run
A written show clock, breaks at the same times every week, the top of the hour left clear, and hard outs that land on time.
3
Content that holds a tune-in
Segments that stand on their own, resets for listeners who just joined, guest booking and prep, and show prep that keeps it moving.
4
Broadcast-level sound
Consistent levels and loudness, a clean mix, clean language, and a show that sounds the same from week to week.
5
Host readiness
Coaching on delivery, timing, talking to the clock, and resets, so the host sounds at home on the radio, live or taped.
6
Packaging partners expect
Open and close, imaging and promos, a one-sheet, a demo, cue sheets, and evergreen or “best of” episodes ready for holidays.

Why it matters
Syndication partners say yes to a product, not a pitch
Every slot on a station’s schedule is a decision. That hour could go to a local show, a network feed, a “best of,” or yours. Program directors and syndicators pick the shows that make their week easier.
- It fits the clock without anyone re-timing it.
- It sounds like radio, not a podcast dropped onto the air.
- It shows up the same way every week: same file, same day, same name.
- Someone new can follow it at minute 22.
Bill has run that decision from the program director’s chair, so we build shows the way PDs want them.
Experience
Built by someone who’s been on both sides of the glass
National talk, national news, and the station side. Bill’s own syndicated program, America’s News Hour, returns in 2027.
Talk Radio Network
Started out producing nationally syndicated talk and news programs: booking guests, prepping hosts, and running live national broadcasts.
National news anchor
Anchored national news for I-News Network, heard on more than 150 affiliate stations at its peak.
Inside the station
Operations director, program director, morning show host, and play-by-play voice at radio stations across the Midwest.
An expert’s weekly show
Took a client’s weekly radio show to more than 30 stations, and produced his podcasts for years.
A weekly public affairs hour
Production and distribution end to end for a nonpartisan series that grew from about 50 stations at launch to more than 80 public and commercial stations.
A sports podcast, moved to video
Took a large audio-only sports podcast to video: 185K+ views and 16.6K watch hours in its first six months.
When you’re ready
We can also syndicate it
Syndication isn’t required to work with us, but it’s there when your show is. We can run station outreach ourselves or bring the show to one of the syndication partners we work with, on public radio, commercial radio, or both.
- Stations and the deal: a target list by format and market, and a plain choice of barter, cash, or paid time.
- Pitching program directors: the one-sheet, the demo, and real follow-up.
- Affiliates and delivery: setup, delivery specs, and the same file on the same day every week.
- Confirming it’s airing, because partners and advertisers will ask.

FAQ
Radio production questions
What does radio production include?
Whatever your show needs to be radio-ready: format and show development, a written clock, segment and content planning, guest booking and prep, host coaching, editing and mixing to broadcast levels, and packaging like imaging, promos, a one-sheet, and a demo.
Do I have to syndicate to work with you?
No. Many shows start with production alone: a better show, a cleaner sound, and a format that works every week. A show built that way is ready for syndication whenever you want to take that step.
Can you get my show on the radio?
Often, yes. We work with a range of syndication partners, and we have the experience to syndicate a show ourselves. The show has to fit a station’s clock, stay clean, and arrive on time every week. We’ll tell you honestly what it would take.
Who decides which stations carry my show?
The stations do. Our job is to make your show easy to say yes to: clean, on time, and the right length. Then we keep in touch with the stations after they say yes.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your show, your goals, and how much of the work you want us to handle. Every project is scoped to your budget, and a 20-minute call gets you a real quote.
