For institutions & nonprofits

Podcasts and radio series for institutions and nonprofits

Universities, think tanks, foundations, associations, museums, and nonprofits have experts and stories. We bring the producer, the booking calendar, and the way onto the radio, inside your approval process.

What we make

Four formats for institutions

Every project is scoped to your budget.

1

Explainer series

3 to 6 episodes that make one issue, program, or piece of research clear.

2

A regular show

Weekly or monthly, with a host from your team or ours.

3

Event-to-broadcast

A panel, lecture, or forum turned into a radio hour, an episode, and clips. We’ve done it at the National Press Club.

4

Radio distribution

Station outreach and weekly delivery, the way America at 250 reached 80+ stations.

America at 250: Due Diligence

A weekly, nonpartisan public affairs series we co-host and produce for the Jordan Center for Journalism Advocacy and Innovation at the University of Mississippi, on 80+ public and commercial stations. The series runs through December 2026. Next, we build the same kind of series for your institution: your experts, your issue, your name on it.

“There are few issues-oriented or public affairs radio programs independently produced that are free of intended political bias.”

Steve Herman, executive director of the Jordan Center at the University of Mississippi, to Radio World

How we work with you

Inside your approval process

Your communications team sets the review steps, and we build them into the production schedule. Nothing goes out until your team signs off. If a lot of people need to review, we plan the timeline around it up front.

  • Review rounds: agreed when we scope the project, so nobody is surprised.
  • Timing: most new series launch in about six weeks, longer when many people sign off.
  • Confidential: we don’t share drafts or unreleased episodes outside your team.
  • Vendor setup: we’ll fill out your vendor forms and send a W-9.
