How we work

How we work with your team

Nothing goes out until your team signs off. Here’s how approvals, changes, timing, confidentiality, and vendor paperwork work with us.

The short version

No surprises

We agree on all of this before we start.

01

Your approvals, built in

Your team decides who reviews what: topics, guests, scripts, and finished episodes. We build those review steps into the production schedule. Nothing goes out until your team signs off.

02

Review rounds, agreed up front

We agree on how many rounds of changes each piece gets when we scope the project. If a lot of people need to sign off, we plan the timeline around it from day one.

03

Turnaround you can plan on

Most new shows launch in about six weeks. It takes longer when many people need to sign off. Once a show is running, we set a delivery day and stick to it. When a deadline moves, we can handle rush work.

04

White-label and confidential

Working through an agency? You stay the lead with your client, and we handle the audio. We don’t name your clients or share your projects without your OK.

05

Easy to set up as a vendor

We’ll fill out your vendor forms and send a W-9, and we’ll invoice the way your accounts payable team needs.

06

You own the show

Your show, your feed, your recordings. We produce it for you.

Before we start

What you get in writing

Before any work starts, you get a written scope: what we’re making, who signs off on what, how many review rounds, the schedule, and the price.
